Father Stephen introduces Dancing Ken who was going
to declare the fayre open.
As Dancing Ken spoke, having been shown inside the
church, he urged all present to spend their money this afternoon to
help the fund for the renewal of the roof of St Nicolas'. He
also explained he was wearing his American clothes following the tragedy
in that country in this terrible week. He made a wish for peace throughout
the world.
