SHROVE TUESDAY - PANCAKE DAY24 February 2004Women's Institute Hall, Prestbury
We were promised an international fare with SOUPS OF THE WORLD, bread, cheeses and pates rounded off with TRADITIONAL PANCAKES, wine and coffee. We were not disappointed. The hard part was choosing which country's soup to try first. It was most enjoyable and afterwards we were entertained by some young musicians from Cleeve School.

We
love pancakes and we hate cooking them? Maybe not but it's always nicer if
someone else is doing the cooking. So we all took up the invitation to
join Lynda Hodges and her helpers to a wonderful evening on Shrove Tuesday.
