The Real Christmas
St Mary's Church
8 December 2007
On Saturday 8th December
2-5pm we celebrated again the ‘Real Christmas’. Our Christmas tree
was decorated. The Christingle oranges were assembled and there were some
Christmas activities for the younger visitors, seasonal refreshments for
everybody, a small number of charity stalls were selling Christmas Goodies, and
there was live festive music during the afternoon, including recorders,
handbells and carols sung by our Choir. Father Michael will sent us all off with
some thoughts on the real meaning behind the celebrations. All our village
churches were represented once more.

We all enjoyed a glass of mulled wine
